Reliability Calculators
Every calculator runs in your browser, shows the formula with your numbers substituted, and states the assumptions the result depends on.
Availability Calculator
Compute availability from uptime and downtime, or inherent availability from MTBF and MTTR.
Open calculator →MTBF Calculator
Mean time between failures from total operating time and failure count, in hours or days.
Open calculator →MTTR Calculator
Mean time to repair from total corrective repair time and number of repairs.
Open calculator →OEE Calculator
Overall equipment effectiveness from availability, performance and quality percentages.

How to use these tools well
The arithmetic is the easy part. What determines whether a number is useful is the definition behind each input: what counted as downtime, which window you measured, whether waiting time sits inside repair time. Read the assumptions panel on each calculator before you take a result into a meeting.
If you are comparing two assets, two plants, or two periods, confirm the definitions match first. A difference in convention can move a KPI further than a genuine change in equipment behaviour.
